Fremont Tire was founded in 1976 by its former president and operating officer Frank J. Froehlich, who now plays a key leadership role as acting advisor. In the early years, Fremont Tire, Inc. sold strictly commercial tires to local fleets in the Siouxland area and in the Fremont, Nebraska area. Over the years, Fremont Tire has grown to over 50 employees, including its subsidiary company T&W Tire. T&W Tire was purchased in February of 1992.
